Toner for office machines

A toner is a kind of in that is use in many gadgets commonly used in offices. Toner ink comes in both liquid and powder form and can be used in laser printers, fax machines and Xerox machines. The liquid toner we all know is to be inserted in the printer and it prints the documents but powder toner works differently. When the printer is sent a printing command it heat up the system and the powder melts to form the imprint on the paper. This way the image is printed on the paper.
When toners first came into use the powder used for printing was carbon but then later it improved and was a mixture of carbon and polymer. The old machines would have to be fed by the toner powder. The holder inside the printer would be filled with the powder. But these days the ink holder can be removed easily and filled with a new cartridge toner ink. Toner ink is not expensive and is used regularly in offices for work purpose.
The various colors available for toner ink are black, cyan, yellow and magenta. These colors can be used individually or together if we need a colored printout. Depending on the nature of work we can either buy a new toner refill or get the old toner holder refilled. They are extensively used and these days liquid toner is more frequently used than the powdered toner.
